Experience the life of a dancer in New York!
June 21 - 28, 2010 (Arrival June 21; Departure June 28)
New York International Ballet Competition (NYIBC) invites you to participate in its annual summer program, New York Dance (NYD), which takes place June 21-28, 2010. NYD is designed for teachers and their serious dance students at the intermediate and advanced levels. You will experience the life of a dancer in New York, the dance capital of the world, and return home with a broader view of dance and humanity.
NYD is an intensive week of study that is both educational and exhilarating. You will take two classes a day in any discipline of your choice at the most prestigious studios in New York City. In the evening you will go to performances of New York City Ballet (NYCB), American Ballet Theatre (ABT), a Broadway Show and more! To complete this exciting program, we have organized receptions that will promote the sharing of cultural backgrounds and enrich your life with lasting friendships.

Special 10% discount for all teachers and dancers applying before March 8, 2010. If you register a group of 10 or more persons, each participant receives a 5% discount.
- Registration deadline: April 12, 2010 accompanied by a deposit of $959.00 per person
- Late registration fee: $100.00
- Balance due: $900.00 no later than May 3, 2010.
- No refunds of deposits and handling fee ($100.00) after May 3, 2010.

Everyone will stay at the beautiful Hotel Beacon. You will share one and two bedroom suites that include a lovely kitchenette. The hotel is located steps from several of the participating studios, Lincoln Center and the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
